Forte by Ryann – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Forte by Ryann for your Pilates classes. We are excited to help you achieve your fitness goals in our outdoor, pop-up session format. As part of our commitment to providing a smooth and efficient experience for all participants, we have outlined the following No Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Non-Refundable Purchases

All purchases for Forte by Ryann Sunday Session outdoor mat Pilates classes are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Participant cancellation with 24 hours prior to class

  • No-shows

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Personal emergencies

  • Weather-related changes, except in cases when Forte by Ryann cancels the session

Due to the nature of pop-up events and the limited capacity of each session, we are unable to accommodate refunds once a booking has been made. When you reserve your spot, we are committing that space to you, and therefore, refunds will not be issued for any reason.

2. Participant Cancellations

If you find yourself unable to attend a scheduled session, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. However, please note that cancellations made by participants will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason for cancellation. We encourage all participants to check their schedules in advance before booking. Cancelations after 24 hours prior to the class are non-refundable.

3. No-Shows

A no-show is defined as a participant who does not attend a session without prior notification of cancellation. No-shows are not entitled to a refund or a rescheduled class.

4. Scheduling Conflicts

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, we do not provide refunds for any scheduling conflicts that may prevent you from attending your class. We recommend checking your calendar and confirming your availability before booking to avoid any inconvenience.

5. Personal Emergencies

While we empathize with any personal emergencies that may arise, Forte by Ryann cannot issue refunds due to unforeseen circumstances, including medical issues, family emergencies, or other personal events. We encourage participants to plan ahead and consider purchasing a class package if available to accommodate future scheduling conflicts.

6. Weather Policy

Since Forte by Ryann sessions are held outdoors, weather conditions may impact our ability to hold the class. In the event of inclement weather, the session may be:

  • Rescheduled: If the session is postponed, you will be notified as soon as possible, and your reservation will automatically be moved to the new session date.

  • Canceled: If the session is canceled due to weather conditions, you will be notified promptly. In this case, you will receive a credit toward a future session. No monetary refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations.

Note: Weather cancellations will be determined at the discretion of the organizer based on safety considerations. Forte by Ryann will always prioritize participant safety and comfort when making weather-related decisions.

7. Credits for Rescheduled or Canceled Sessions

If a session is canceled by Forte by Ryann due to weather, or rescheduled for any reason, participants will receive a credit toward a future session. This credit will be automatically applied to your account and can be used for any future session within 6 months from the original class date.

8. Class Transfers

While we do not allow for refunds, we understand that life happens, and you may need to transfer your booking to a different session. Transfers will only be allowed if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the session. Transfers are subject to availability and must be requested via email at RD@fortebyryann.com.

Please note that we are unable to transfer bookings less than 24 hours in advance.

9. Waitlist Policy

If a session is fully booked, you may opt to join our waitlist. Should a spot become available due to a cancellation, you will be notified and given the opportunity to book your spot. If you do not receive a notification, it means no spots have opened. Please note, being on the waitlist does not guarantee that you will get into the class.

10. Late Arrivals

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure you have time to set up and prepare. If you arrive late, we may not be able to accommodate you, and you will be considered a no-show. There will be no refund or rescheduling in the event of a late arrival.

11. Health and Safety Waiver

By booking a session with Forte by Ryann, you agree to our Health and Safety Waiver. This waiver acknowledges that you are in good physical condition to participate in Pilates classes and that you are doing so at your own risk. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries, we recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before attending our sessions.

12. Session Modifications

While we make every effort to offer the classes as scheduled, Forte by Ryann reserves the right to modify or cancel any scheduled class or instructor assignment due to unforeseen circumstances. If an instructor is unavailable or if a class must be rescheduled for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a credit for a future session or the option to transfer to a different session.

13. Photography and Video Release

From time to time, Forte by Ryann may take photos or videos during classes for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and marketing materials. By attending our sessions, you consent to the use of your image in such materials. If you do not wish to be included in any photos or videos, please inform the instructor before the session begins.

14. Group Discounts & Special Offers

Discounts, promotional offers, or class packages are non-refundable. These offers may not be combined with other discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated. Additionally, if you choose to purchase a package deal or group class, these are subject to the same cancellation policies outlined above.

15. Changes to the Policy

Forte by Ryann reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated via email to registered participants. It is the responsibility of the participant to stay updated on any changes made to the terms and conditions.
